We are excited to announce the start of the application period for the Erasmus Blended Intensive Program (BIP) on Fundamental Motor Skills – Your map to understanding the educational role of modern physical education and sport, hosted by our partner university, Józef Piłsudski University of Physical Education in Warsaw – Poland
A Blended Intensive Programme is a short-term physical mobility with an online part (virtual component).

The BIP will take place between 21-26 April 2026 in the Józef Piłsudski University of Physical Education in Warsaw. There will be a mandatory virtual part too.
Requirements:
To be a student at Shumen University (undergraduate, graduate, and PhD students).
English Language: Level B1
What do you get?
Erasmus grant: 79 euros per day (example: 5 days physical mobility + travel support about 300 euros)
ECTS credits: 3
Learning outcomes:
By the end of the programme, participants will be able to:
- explain the importance of fundamental motor skills for lifelong physical activity and health.
- apply effective methods for teaching and developing motor skills in diverse contexts.
- Collaborate and exchange ideas with international peers in physical education and sport.
- demonstrate cultural awareness and inclusivity in teaching and learning practices.
- reflect on personal and professional growth in promoting physical activity and healthy lifestyles.
