Open Application for BIP – Intercultural Communication through Concept, Image, Sound, and Gesture
We are excited to announce the start of the application period for the Erasmus Blended Intensive Program (BIP) on Intercultural Communication through Concept, Image, Sound, and Gesture, hosted by our partner university, Alexandru Ioan Cuza University, Romania.
A Blended Intensive Programme is a short-term physical mobility with an online part (virtual component).

The BIP will take place between 8-12 December in Alexandru Ioan Cuza University, Iasi, Romania. There will be a mandatory virtual part too.
Requirements:
To be a student at Shumen University (undergraduate, graduate, and PhD students).
English Language: Level B1
What do you get?
Erasmus grant: 79 euro per day (example: 5 days physical mobility + travel support about 200 euro)
ECTS credits: 3
Learning outcomes:
By the end of the programme, participants will be able to:
- Acquire an experiential understanding of cultural diversity.
- Demonstrate enhanced abilities for intercultural communication by employing verbal, non-verbal, and para-verbal strategies.
- Develop new approaches for sharing cultural information.
- Explain the role of cultural values in today’s world.
- Reflect on and articulate their own cultural and spiritual values through intercultural communication.
