Open Application for BIP – StratCom: Global Gamechangers. Exploring Security and Strategic Communication in Practice

We are excited to announce the start of the application period for the Erasmus Blended Intensive Program (BIP) on StratCom: Global Gamechangers. Exploring Security and Strategic Communication in Practice, hosted by our partner university, Alexandru Ioan Cuza University, Romania

A Blended Intensive Programme is a short-term physical mobility with an online part (virtual component).

The BIP will take place between 30th of March and 3rd of April 2026 in the Alexandru Ioan Cuza University. There will be a mandatory virtual part on the 23rd and 27th of March.  

Requirements:

To be an undergraduate, graduate, or PhD student at Shumen University 

English Language: Level B1

What do you get?

Erasmus grant: 79 euros per day (example: 5 days physical mobility + travel support about 200 euros)

ECTS credits: 3

Learning outcomes:

By the end of the programme, participants will be able to:

  • Demonstrate an enhanced understanding of international relations
  • Apply analytical and critical thinking
  • Exhibit Multicultural competence
  • Demonstrate strategic communication skills

NECESSARY DOCUMENTS FOR APPLICATION: a CV, proof of English proficiency at level B1 or higher, and a certificate confirming current student enrollment and average academic performance
